NOT HOSPITAL FOOD

Tonight's dinner, prepared by Dave, consisted of salmon, chicken, corn, asparagus, roasted potatoes and zuccini.  Tom will never want to eat hospital food again!  A wonderful meal with family!

Honestly, that's all there is to report this evening.  Tom continues to do well with everything but the itching.  I made another trip to the drug store for more creams & sprays.  They work temporarily but any relief is good.  His blood sugar was high today but we can account for that with what he's had to eat.  They watch that pretty closely here and will adjust it with insulin.

It was such a nice day in Nashville today.  I offered up the suggestion of "borrowing" a wheelchair from somewhere and going outside so maybe we can pull that off tomorrow.  It would be a nice Easter treat.

  1. Happy Easter to all...and in particular, His Blessing on the caregivers and Patient. I will call about 3 today...
