Off to surgery

They arrived right on time to take Tom to surgery this morning. Tom was a lot more calm today, although the tech who came to get him made us both a little nervous. He didn't seem to know how to get the bed ready to transport. He couldn't figure out what to do with the wound vac. There is a tray that raises up for things like that, which is what they used yesterday, but the tech said the wound vac would fall off so I'm a little worried about his driving skills as well! I'll let you know when he's out of surgery. I have a new Guideposts magazine to read!
